Far vision quality

Far vision quality is very good and reported to be 20/20 for majority of the patients with emmetropia as a residual refraction. Subjective vision quality might be slightly below Tecnis 1-piece monofocal IOL if compared directly by the same patient with high resolution retina. 

Glasses-free vision range

For majority of patients, the lens provides sufficient for daily activity visual acuity which is reported superior to any other monofocal lens for the tasks at the arm length. Some patients report good near vision, but it is an exception and shall not be expected normally,

Contrast sensitivity

Given it's high MTF measures, patients with Eyhance experience great visual outcomes in dim light conditions and nighttime. Eyhance provides better quality and contrast of the image than others similar IOLs, especially spherical design lenses. Patients with healthy eyes reports no issues. 

Nighttime vision

High quality of night vision is reported with the Eyhance by vast majority of the patients. Isolated reports of nighttime visual problems are related to refractive target shift, corneal conditions like dry eye or residual astigmatism and so on, generally same as with standard monofocal IOLs.
