I offer 3 packages and a deep changes long-term projects.
1. Introductory package
To diagnose your current situation, patient journey.
You will get my basic recommendation for improvement.
Duration 1.5 hours. This is essential package to cooperate further.
Further advanced services include:
1. Clinic setup package, which might be ordered after introductory one.
The scope of service includes 3 hours of lectures + 1.5 hours of QnA, divided into 3 days, duration is 1 week.
2. Patient communication pack, which might be ordered after introductory one.
Patient communication trianing for councelling staff and/or surgeons in order to understand the patient communucation limitations and pitfalls in order to improve premium IOL conversion rate. Course duration is 4 hours of lectures + 2 hours of QnA + 2 hours of practice.
Additional services - long term projects to support your clinic.
A deep changes planning and implementation process is subject to discussion and budgeting. It includes your clinic brand promise implementation, external communication, patient journey and touch points optimisation.
Normally need about 3 month for the full implementation.
Special hourly rate applied.

3. Once the date and time is selected I'll send you Google Meets invite and we start collaboration.

Discovery call of 1.5h or 1+1 hour of discovery + basic IOL and patient education lecture.
Video call via Google Meets.

Clinic setup pack
Personalized training course for a clinic or private practice individual, covering the following topics:
- basics of biometry and IOL calculation
- premium IOL understanding
- basics of patient education
Price: 1,200 EUR (+VAT if applicable)
Patient communication pack
Personalized training course "A patient education pearls" based on a Choice Influence System patient communication framework. The cource is intended private practices (up to 3 participants) aiming to increase premium IOL conversion rate.
Price: 2,500 EUR (+VAT if applicable)
